1st -40% , 2nd – 30%, 3rd – 20%, 4th – 10% Of jackpot class funds
1 entry – 100% paid, 2 entries – 60/40%, 3 entries – 50/30/20%, 4
or more entries - 40/30/20/10%

Persons on Federal Suspension shall
participate at the show as spectators only.
Management of The Blue Grass Spring
Fling, show officials or staff members are hereby indemnified of any
and all claims or liability for injury suffered by rider, horse,
and/or property by any cause whatsoever.
Shoes will be removed at the
discretion of show management and/or officials for inspection and
weighing. As per NWHA rules – “No shoe can be made from any
material heavier than conventional steel.” If a horse is found to be
non-compliant with these NWHA rules - All awards/monies, points
and show fees for that exhibitor and horse shall be forfeited.
No refunds for horses found in
violation of HPA guidelines.

The National Walking Horse Association

promote the general welfare of the Walking Horse.

as an advocate for the Walking Horse against abusive and inhumane
treatment.

provide an equitable affiliation program for Walking Horses to be
exhibited, judged, and showcased in full compliance with the Horse
Protection Act.

increase public awareness of the natural abilities of the Walking
Horse.

generate growth of the National Walking Horse Association via the
marketing, promotion, advertising, and publicity of the natural
Walking Horse.

increase the proficiency of the National Walking Horse Association
members in all matters of horsemanship.

To serve
as a communication hub for the Walking Horse Industry and other
equine interest groups.

To carry
out the purposes as set forth in the Corporation’s Restated Articles
of Incorporation.

engage in any and all other lawful business allowed accomplishing
the above purposes.
